Review: i moved out after my lease was up and they contacted me saying i still owed them one months rent. i called the office to talk to the manager, but the manager was conveniently never there and any messages i left never got to him/her. the office staff talk you in circles and are practically useless.

Review: I wish some sort of independant organization would come in here and save the people from their leases. Because of my experiences here my Commander has a policy that he must see any aparments before we move into them. Trust me, no one from my Squadon will be moving into Sandstone. I’ve set out on a word of mouth campaign letting people know how horrific this place is. I found a bigger apartment, cheaper, cleaner, quieter, and overall better deal on the East Side and I get to move there in a few short weeks…can’t wait. Look around because this is the worst deal of your life…

Review: The managment is very unhelpful except for one. Everyone working in the office never treated me with respect. Only one employee would help with problems. AC broke and after 3 hours, found out they could not fix it at night. was told they would, 3 hours later, couldnt. apartment was ok. not in the best condition. They would not give me another set of keys for the other person on the lease. I had to go to the nice employee. They start yardwork at 6am, so you muct be an early bird to live here. Got yelled at for having patio furniture on my patio. Friends new apartment filled with cockroaches when she went to move in. Infestation so bad, 3 bug bombs and a professional spray didnt kill all of them. They wanted my friend to clean up the dead cockroaches. Bad deal!

Review: the apartments decent, but the management’s a bunch of liar’s. they coud have saved me almost 0 if they hold told me there would be a better deal if I waited only TWO DAYS to sign my lease, and don’t try to tell me they didn’t know. they told me i’d have new carpet – lie. they told me there was nightly off-duty cop security, but my girlfriend’s car was broken into the second week that I was here, and the cops didn’t come until the next morning. if there’s off-duty cop security, where the hell were they? liars. there’s gotta be a better place than this. search around first.

Review: Nothing but slum live there. I lived there for 3yrs and the last year with that girl named Jessica as office manager is a joke!!!! She is rude, sleezy looking and has a huge criminal record with steeling other people's rent money by signing over money orders in her name. There has been no maintnance work done around the complex and definitely no landscaping done. Weeds look like trees, there is trash and dog **** everywhere you step. There are cars that were being broken into and vandalism. Drug dealers going in and out of one apartment that was next to mine. No playground safe enough for my childrn to play on. Jessica in the front office is worthless and I have no idea why anyone would ever hire someone like her with no people skills. If the owners of the complex don't care about it then why would the office manager have to care??? Don't waste your time or money renting from there!

Review: i have lived there for a sort amount of time an has been nothing but headaches. things that should be done before moving in was never done. an managment sucks. an as far as 24 hour maintence thats just another lie. stay away for tour own health an your familes health

Review: I have never seen such a run down place on the northwest side of town. Managment hates life and herself so she makes everyones life a living hell. She is bi-polar and is always off her med’s. The place is filled with mold and the pool and spa never work or always closed mostly in the summer when you need it most. Spend a little more and live with peace of mind.

Review: I rented here back in 1999 and it was a great place to live. A friend of mine now lives here (recommended by me) and is doing everything they can to get OUT! The grounds are filthy. All 4 trash dumpsters (servicing approximately 96 apt’s) are ALWAYS overflowing onto the ground and if the Management get’s bored, they go through the trash that has fallen onto the ground and if it’s yours, you get charged a 0 fine. Security is a joke, the tenants live in fear of the security guard as he has a reputation for running people down, wrestling them to the ground and beating them. He was obviously turned down by the police academy when he failed the Psychological exam. The Management? Let’s just say…I wouldn’t allow them to tie my shoes much less take care of any issues…there’s been a gas leak in my friends apartment since day 1 and 9 months later, not one person has come by to check on it. Funny thing is, they won’t let you leave either…my friend tried to rent another apartment and when the new place called for a reference, the Manager completely lied about what an awful tenant he was so he would get rejected, strange though, because they are asking him to renew his lease. I would sign my name to this note if my friend didn’t fear retribution.. THIS PLACE IS SCARY… DO NOT RENT HERE…RUN!!!

Review: I moved to the Northwest side of town because I thought it was a safer place to live. Well, the NW IS safer but not in my apartment complex at Le Mirage. The police are here on a daily basis…drugs deals go down at the playground! And the security guard is a joke..all he does is watch for drivers going over the 10 mile per hour speed limit through the multi speed bumped parking lot and screams at them. There is trash EVERYWHERE and grocery carts strewn all over the place, stolen from the local Safeway. You never see Management or anyone else for that matter cleaning things up. Infact, you hardly see management at all. She’s never in the office, she’s never available. I’ve been told by other tenants that this was a nice place to live before she took over. She’s really turned it into a slum. I’m out of here as soon as my lease is up! Do Not Rent here, don’t even slow down and look at the place, it’s embarassing to those of us who care about what our homes look like.

Review: I agree that sound-proofing is pretty much non-existent. That’s where my agreement with the largely negative reviews ends. I moved to LP to care for my parents living nearby and only left when that obligation ended 16 months later and I could return to my preferred north central Tucson. I found the office staff EXTREMELY friendly, helpful and professional. The maintenance staff were ALWAYS prompt, knowledgeable and efficient. During my stay, the roofs of all apt buildings were reconditioned as were both pools and pool decks. Those are significant capital expenditures. Groundskeepers were on the property 3x/wk, which may actually be overkill; twice would probably be sufficient. I received my deposit refund in 20 days, not speedy, but not awful. If the property was located where I wish to be, I’d have stayed a very long time.

Review: It's a shame I moved in last July really love the floor plan but recently I ended up getting roach's in my apt. don't know where they came from I went to the office problem 1 pest control only come's in on a thurs in the morning and only has an hr to be there and of course normal people work on thurs so needless to say they spray the outside BIG DEAL the damn thing's are inside , well I am going to try to get rid of them myself but if I can't I'll be moving out in Nov. when my lease is up and I am contacting the Health Dept to look into this DO NOT MOVE IN THEY DO NOT CARE AT ALL everytime they get a new manger it get's worse oh and by the way they have had 4 manager's within a year

Review: My experience living at these apartments 21/2 years ago were awesome. Everything about these apartments were great. Now 2 more years invested I can not live here no more. The security is very poorly about arriving on a call. The staff that answers the phone are riot and very unhelpful. They are to busy and can’t leave the office, oh but, they can leave when it is personnel time. Their are alot of people who don’t live here use the swimming pool and break things. And use the the laundry room and damage the units. The owner should come up with a apartment badge for the swimming pool. If you go to the swimming pool with your badge and a picture on the badge, then thier won’t be any problems with young kids in the pool with out guides and people don’t live here using our pool that we pay for. The noise is on real. The walls are so paper then when it comes with loud people and music. It use to be when you called and complain, the office would manager would come to the apartment and talk to the people making the noise. Now, no one cares. Got very bad here. SORRY!!!!
