Review: I have been here less then one week, and so far nearly everyday I have to keep going back to the office to tell something else has broken, then listen to their bullshit excuse's, as to why it's not done. "Im sorry does not fix my apartment". they knew I was moving in one month before I actually had to, and still my apartment was not ready, paint splatter all over the wall, leaking roof. half assed cable runs. Don't even get me started on the saftey, If you don't mind constant broken promises this is your place, by the way I actually purchased a hand gun now that im living here, and I don't care for guns, so what does that tell you.

Review: If you love living with all types of CRITTERS THEN THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU.. I MOVED IN AND STAYED FOR 1 MONTH CALLED CODE ENFORCEMENT 3 TIMES AND JUST RECEIVED A CALL SAYING THEY WERE AT MY DOOR… (RIGHT) WHATEVER….. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER CALLED HOME THE STAFF FORGET ABOUT IT UNPROFESSIONAL IS NOT THE WORD FOR THESE SCABS… I BROKE MY LEASE AND THEY EVICTED ME AND I WAS HAPPY TO GO…. ROACH MOTEL.. THE MODEL THE SHOW IS LOVELY BUT BELIEVE ME "YOUR" APARTMENT WILL NOT LOOK THAT WAY AT ALL….. IF YOU DON'T WANT TO CATCH A CHARGE STAY OUTTA BROOKSIDE CUZ THEY WILL HAVE YOU ON ORIENT ROAD FOR CHOKING THE SHIT OUTTA THE STAFF…

Review: If you don't mind getting rained on in your bedroom because the roofers can't do a quality job of fixing the roofs. Then DONT MOVE HERE.

If you want office staff who are friendly and competent then DONT MOVE HERE. The manager has multiple personalities and can not be trusted because SHE LIES to people and even to governmental agencies. There is no corperate number to call and when you send emails to them they go unanswered.

But be late on your rent one time and they will be trying to evict you. Even though they violate their lease agreement with you on a routine basis by not addressing maintenance issues in a timely fashion.

Review: All that is said about this proprety is very accurate I could not wait to find a new job with a different management company. Way to go maintenance I can say that they tried but there is no way in Hell we could ever keep up with the TERMITE'S

Review: I have lived at Brookside for 9 years. I’ve watched a lot of different managment come and go. Some have been great, but then a couple really really horrible teams worked in the office. Thankfully, they are gone and once again Brookside is under new managment. The new people seem to really care. They are fixing up the place and the maintenance are prompt and get the job done. There have been problems with termites, the new office responds quickly to calls. They are very friendly too.

This price for our 3 bedroom is great. Despite all the reviews saying they’ve had trouble here, I feel safe and secure. I like living here. I hope they continue to improve and restore our complex. There’s three beautiful pools but the other people let them get run down and nasty.

i am proud to bring people to our home.

Review: I moved here in August 2006. Things started off good. The place looks nice from the outside, the inside wasn’t half bad either. A week into my stay the bugs came out, literally. My dog would be running around at 3 AM chasing bugs (water bugs and others who i couldn’t identify) across the floor. One night the refrigerator started to leak out of nowhere. So did the AC. They were quicker to fix the AC than the refrigerator because of the possibility of mold. These things happened in the first year. For the next six months (aside from the bugs) and NOISY neighbors above me, things were pretty good. Last week, a maintenance man entered my apartment while i wasn’t home (no problem) and when he left, he failed to lock my door back (major problem). This is the straw that broke the camels back. My lease is up July 31, I will be moving July 1. I am willing to pay rent at two places for a month, in order to get a way from this place as soon as possible. I wouldn’t recommend to my worse enemy.

Review: I have lived here for almost two years. One day I walk in and we had new management. They said that they were going to try and make the property preety.They changed the bushes and some other stuff. It looks preety good. I haven’t had a problem with my neighbors and the office gives our little bags of stuff for breakfast. I still live here and will renew.

Review: The apartments themselves are great, don’t get me wrong. But the management (Paradgim Properties, Inc.) is absolutely horrible. The people at the front desk do not care about you after you sign the lease. It once took two months to get maintenance in to fix our air conditioning (which of course doubled our electricity bill). When we complained about not getting service, they said that they were busy with new people moving in so we got bumped to the back of the list. After filling out 8 work requests, they gave us a bag of candy to “make up” for not doing anything in a timely manner. Whenever you call or go into the front office they are rude. They won’t give you the time of day. They are especially bad at communicating!! They knew for like 3 weeks that people were going to come and close down the exit gate, and didn’t even tell us about it!! HOW RUDE!! It’s like they don’t even care at all. This place sucks. Don’t move in here because it is not worth the hassle of dealing with these people.

Review: I lived here for 2 years, the second year was much better than the first. The first year I lived on the corner near the stop sign, which means i could hear annoying people hit the gas around the corner (especially in the rain!) One person actually hit the sign(but it was fixed pretty quickly) Also the people in the diagonal building enjoyed throwing “parking lot parties” so I had trouble with the noise level. Otherwise everything was pretty smooth. Maintenance was great, usually fixed problems same day. One problem was the trash pick up-the trash from the 3rd floor would leak all over the stairs on the way down and no one ever cleaned it up. They presser wash once a year but it needs to be done more frequently with the trash build up. The second year I lived on the Jefferson Commons(now called The Point) side on the lake, noise level from J.C. was ok-a couple of loud nights but that is expected in an apartment. The gate was not always working due to people running into it. I think they have figured out how to fix it a lot faster now though. Overall I would recommend it to someone. Its very close to USF with minimal traffic on the way, staff was friendly for the most part but make sure you know your lease. Nice place to live and worth the money

Review: This is such a wonderful place to live! The staff are always courtious and greet you with a smile. This close to USF and the University Community Hospital make it an ideal place for a med student, the elderly and even those who love to go to Busch Gardens all the time. Worth every bit of money.

Review: Grand Central is a gorgeous condo in the best part of town. Unfortunately, the management staff and leasing office have made it a terrible place to live. Completely rude staff and completely non helpful. Can’t wait to move out.

Review: I've been at Grand Central for nearly 10 months and can't wait to move. Plumbing issues are a constant for the entire complex. Randomly, there wont be hot water for days at a time. When repairing, they take the water down for a full 24 hours. Remarkably, this has happened 7-10 times in the last 6 months. In addition to this, they've had a huge infestation problem in the trash shoots which have spread to the entire complex. Property management's response: you are responsible for pest control inside the unit.

This complex has serious issues. Avoid it at all cost.

Review: On June 10th, 18th and 26th we had no water or no hot water for 12 hours. They can't figure out how to fix the problems.

Today is June 27th and we have been without hot water for 23 hours. They sent the plumbers home at 4pm yesterday and they don't care to bring them back. They refuse to speak to the tenants about the problem. They posted signs stating sorry for the problem, but you have no hot water.

This is a common theme at grand central at kennedy.

Review: I am so tired of finding dog poop in the building. I swear I need a mine sweeper to clear a path to my door everyday. People are so lazy. I love having to hold my nose when I get in the elevator because somebody's dog peed in it. It must be because there is no place to even walk a dog because there are def no green spaces. Feed up to here with feces.
