Review: This place has gotten so bad over the year that we have lived here. Even though we have met a couple of neighbors that are nice. The office is hardly EVER in the building, took me one time nearly a week to pick up an important package. DID NOT answer my frantic call because of a problem, had to call a professional to fix the problem, take a week to get an awnser for reimbersment. DO NOT LIVE here if you want to ever sleep, or at lease get a top floor.

Review: I moved here from another city. One of the managers is very easy to be shirty. She is not considerable. One of my friend lives here has quarrelled with her and me too.. Also, this building has some hidden cost. I do not like this building for the bad service here and will move out soon.

Review: I lived at this community for about 2 years. I really enjoyed my stay here!! The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. Maintenance was very fast to fix any problem I had in my apartment and I really never had any major issues with my apartment condition! The area is very nice, right on the bus line and close to a lot of shopping centers!! I would personally recommend King Arthur’s Court to anyone that is looking to move to the Lake City area!! The only reason I’m moving is because my husband and I finally bought a house, YEA!!

Review: I lived here for 3 years with my boyfriend. We loved the place, but ended up moving because we lived in the U-shaped part of the building, and always heard other people’s conversations, got smoke in our apt from the cigarette-friendly renters on their decks, and the office staff were never in the office.

Review: This building is only 4+ years old. Managers have changed at least 3 times if not 4. The first manager was great. Always on site when he was supposed to be. Glad to help out in any situation. Very professional. Now, who knows? It’s rare you find someone in the office. If you have a package waiting it’s very possible you could wait a week to get it. There are two buildings managed by the same people. They seem to spend most of their time at the other building. Perhaps that’s a good thing for this building. There are some very obnoxious residents who don’t care if they make a lot of noise. It used to be possible to complain to the office and have it taken care of but no one is ever in the office. The courtyard side of the building is ridiculously loud especially in the hot summer months when everyone has their windows open and people can’t figure out that if they have to yell over their stereo to be heard then their ‘music’ is loud enough for all of Lake City to hear. Someone these days is enjoying booming their stereo at 7:00 am on weekends. So as you can see…I don’t recomment this place. People follow you into the garage without keys and they’re frightening people so you can’t say anything. There were drug dealers in the building for awhile until the police came a kicked them out. Enough said. I’m moving this year.
