Review: I lived at Woodbridge Apartments for close to two years now and see the community going downhill. The management changes every 6 to 12 months and simply does not seem to care. In the summer of 2007 the evaporative cooling system was turned off for four days. Not a single comment on this or notification to residents was given during this time period. The inside air temperature rose to 94 degrees day and night. The management did not answer their phones and locked themselves in their air conditioned office building. The hot water availability is sporadic at times. How nice to begin the morning with a cold shower! Neighbors prefer to play LOUD music randomly, yell on their cell phones, let their dogs barking. One neighbor does not care to walk his dog, so the dog lives on the patio where he urinates and defecates. Flies are buzzing, the stink rises, the feces are not picked up. The management does not care. In 2008, what they call A/C (evaporative cooling) stops working every few weeks. I never received a call back to the messages I left on their maintenance line.

Review: In th epast 20 days we have been without hot water in 4 different occasions. I wonder if they have been disconnecting the heaters at night.
Neigborhood needs lost more security as well.

Review: Unfortunately, I have lived here for five years for convience to public transportation and work. However, after the first year and a half, things began to go down hill. Management teams got worse. Maintence teams could’t speak english and I could do a better repair job than them. I have had my car stolen five times in the past three years, but management says the owner can’t afford security. If you have no choice but to move here, make sure your possessions are very well insured. It does no good to complain about anything to management. All they say is they are weeding out all the troublemakers. They forget to say the new tenants are worse. Good luck.

Review: Well if you are a crackhead, meth head or anything in between-welcome home! I lived here for 6 months n broke my lease because a g head found a key to my apartment and decided to make it their home. They have the worst maintenance, 50 guys walking around looking like they are stoned, doing nothing. And always driving around on their golf cart. The office is constently getting new employees because the owner is a big tall bitch and the manager is just about the same. and i think they all realize that they are renting out a piece of crap. Cheap but nasty n you could pay 100 or 200 more a month and have a waaaaayyy better place! so dont move here unless u want to have drugged up neighbors who knock on ur door at all hours of the night/day asking for a cigarette or money for their baby that they smoke meth in the same room with it! nice place to start a rehab center, they hav all the fucked up people already home!

Review: There are problems of course. I have a 1br and loft, and I love the space. Very roomy. The complex itself does need some major work. They keep shutting off the water due to water leakage or pipes broken. Understand that these apartments are pretty old. The office staff has changed a few times since I’ve moved in and the maintance needs some improvement. I still do not have a screen door for my patio nor a screen for my bedroom window and I’ve been here for a year. It took maintance 1 week to fix hot water faucet on my bathroom sink which was running, not leaking. It didnt bother me because it didn’t affect the hot water and I do not pay for water. My apartment was a mess when I moved in, I had to clean it myself. The heat on my newer dishwasher doesn’t work. The disposal is out and still not fixed. Right out my front door, the floor is sinking in, which the rain doesn’t help when AZ gets it. Oh, the parking sucks. The only uncovered parking is by the front office, and in the very back. I keep having people park in my spot but I cannot have it towed because the complex never issued out a code card for the towing company. My area is quiet and the neighbors are nice. But the place looks trashy. I’m not renewing my lease. I guess the saying is true, you get what you pay for.
