Review: Millennium Palms from what I understand is recently under new management. I am unsure of the previous management but from what I have noticed the new company has really cleaned up the staff and the property. They have continusly been making improvements to the staff and the property. Maintenance has been prompt with any work orders I have had. Security is here at night everynight. I do reccommend this community.

Review: This place needs to be condemned! The office staff is very unprofessional and maintenance is non-existent. You have to wait weeks to months for maintenance to get to you and when they do they do only part of the job and go away. Only to have to come back because it was never completed in the first place. The office staff blames maintenance and says that it’s not their responsibility. From my understanding it is their job to follow up and make sure that everything gets taken care of not a constant call from the tenants. There are things falling apart constantly and you have to get home early to get a parking space. Don’t even consider this place.

Review: a shootout happened right outside my window. My tags were stolen. 20 yr Old A/C units causes a ridiculously high light bill. ants and roaches was a problem, nothing on my move in sheet was ever fixed. The gate never operated properly. people in the complex let thier pit bulls run without a leash. A/C leacked water in side tha house, and down stars. I can’t remember it all

Review: The rent was cheap.
The location was good.
The ROACHES loved the place.
THe office staff was rediculously inefficient!!!!!
Not enough maintainence staff for the size of the complex.
Work order were difficult to get completed, if at all!
It was a struggle to get anything done unless you threatened to with hold rent.
I could not pack the U-haul fast enough!!!!!!!!!!!

Hidden Lake Apartments

Review: I really liked living here, and would move back again. I like it because the complex is hidden off the road. There are not alot of kids here, which makes it nice and quiet. The pool area never has more than a few people at it. A nice place to read a book. I never have a problem finding a parking spot. It is a little dark at night though. At the management office, Mitch and Vanessa are always very helpful and if I have a maintenance issue, they are on it within that day and leave me a note as to what they have done. Yes the place is a little older than some, but it is well kept up. I would definetely recommend this place. I was here from 2006-2009.

Review: I loved living here when I first moved to the area. It was when I moved out of state when I realized how great the complex really is…it was the first place I called when I found out that I was moving back to Orlando and thankfully Mitch was/is still there so I know things will continue to run smoothly!!

Review: We absolutely love it here! Our apartment is spacious with a view of the trees, our neighbors don’t make a peep, and our cat loves to look out the ENORMOUS living space window. The 24 hour fitness center and clubhouse are very nice and we just LOVE the sparkly blue pool!

Sure, there are a few bugs, but the pest control comes every Wednesday, all you have to do is ask for your unit to be sprayed.

There’s almost never a problem finding a parking space, it might not be in front of your building, but there are plenty of spaces. Management asks if you have more than one car to only park one of them right in front of the building, there are spaces just across the lot where you can park your second vehicle.

My only complaint is about my tacky neighbor that takes their dog out to crap and doesn’t pick it up. I pay extra to not look at the parking lot… (I don’t need to look out and see your dogs taking a dump and you leaving it there).

But as far as the apartment goes, it’s great, and management and maintenance are top notch! BRAVO!

Review: Good place to live. Problems: -Walls are well insulated, except for the bathroom. The bathroom walls are very thin and can often hear neighbors through them. -Bugs are a problem. I had several (about 5 in total) wasp nasts outside my apartment, and it took them 3 months to finally clean it up. -The interior cconstruction isn’t so hot, not bad, sans the cabinets that aren’t quite at a right angle (you’d have to see for it to really make sense).

I would recommend it to anyone. I probably made it sound bad, but I’ve had a lost worse problems in apartments. THe landlord Mitch is a really nice guy, he’s helped us with a lot of rent-related problems we’ve run into. It’s a really quiet neighborhood too, which is really rather shocking because Universal is right down the street, and so’s Valencia College.

Anyway, it’s a good place to live.
