Lake Piedmont Apartments
2913 East Hanna Avenue
Indianapolis, IN 46227

Review Date: 10/11/2006
Review: Please stay away from this place. They are a rip off and the management sucks. Please start looking for another apartment.

Review: Is it pretty sad that I can read these reviews and nod my head in understanding? Been here since only November and both my cars have had their windows busted and broken into. The sheriff deputy that took the report said they’re getting sick and tired of being called in here for something since there’s only two deputies on third shift patrolling the area. They said they’re constantly getting calls out here for break-ins and disturbances, and it’s ONLY this apartment complex that’s causing them (and us) problems. If they cant get any security here then this place should be shut down.

Review: Everything at Piedmont needs a makeover. The parking lots are sinking into the ground as well as the sidewalks. Everything is covered in duck poop. Several times they have repaired the water at the complex and turned it off completely for several hours. My apartment has been painted over thousands of times. It is definitely not a nice apartment but it is also extremely cheap. Piedmont does offer decent deals.

Review: Terrible! Where should I begin… ok, well the ladies in the office and total bitches, Rose the manager being the worst of all. Shes a pain in the ass to deal with and does nothing to help. My car has been vandalized 3 times, theres trash everywhere, duck poop everywhere, 9 people in the 2bedroom below me, idiots drive 50 thru the complex. There are no lights in the parking lot and all the spots are filled with cars that dont run! Its awful! Go ANYWHERE but here.

Review: This place is beyond horrible. There were spiderwebs and dead ants all over when I moved in, they said they would come clean it, but never did. One of the managers told the post office my apartment was vacant, so they started sending all my mail back, missed two paychecks, THEN they tried to charge me late fees because I didn’t have the rent on time ( Gee I wonder why). This place is catering to the welfare momma crowd. Some units have 7 or 8 people living in them, and they are disgusting people. Loud music, fast cars (at least the ones that still run), and trash are what this place is all about. One good thing is the entertainment, that is if you consider listening to your neighbors stand outside and yell at each other fun. Constant threats of I’m going to kill this person or that person, throwing bottles at their doors, just another fun night in Tijuana. Run, don’t walk away from this place. If you have to, find a sturdy cardboard box, but don’t live here!!!!!

Bristol Square Apartments
10333 East 25th Street
Indianapolis, IN 46229

Review Date: 5/10/2010
Review: I have lived in Bristol Square for almost 4 years and I have to say that they are the best apartments that I have lived in so far. Maintanence is always prompt, the office staff is great, there is little to no noise from the neighbors, great private parking/entrances, washer/dryer connections in all apartments, prompt snow removal, and low crime. These apartments offer upscale living for an affordable price. The property is close to the highway so it is in close proximity to everything in the city. The only drawback is that the outside of the apartments look old and should be remodeled to keep up with the times but other than that…I have had a great experience with these apartments and as long as they are affordable, I will continue to live here.

Review: I lived here in a one bedroom by myself and never felt unsafe.  I moved away for 2 years and now my husband and I are moving back.  The maintenance man always did a good job and was very quick to respond.  Great price, and very well designed floor plans.  I’m so excited to move back!!

Review: I have lived at Bristol Square a number of years. I enjoy the fact that I have a private entrance and a close, reserved parking space. (nothing is worse then coming home and not finding a place to park!) The grounds are well kept and management does respond quickly to requests for maintenance. I have to say though, that on a couple of occasions, I needed to call the office again because the repair was not done properly. The units are old and are in need of updates, especially in the bathrooms. Overall, I’m satisfied with living here – I wouldn’t have stayed this long if I wasn’t.

Review: only one maintenace man know what he is doing~Donell. The other maintenace men are not friendly and do not like to clean up after themselves. Management is snotty. They do not followup or investigate any complaints~just will take a neighbors word and most time they are lying. The apartments are old~over 30 years old. Need to update a great deal of things. (especially the windows) On site police officer is old and out of shape, but nice.

Review: These apartments are ghetto, though the management wants to act like you are living in Geist. The security guard is so nosy he is able to tell you how many times you flushed the toilet. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everytime your neighbors get in a dispute. The only thing good about them is that they are considered Warren Township.
