Review: crime rate is high, there is a lot of breakins at these apts. cars are always broken into, my apt. was broken into and management does not care, all they say is that what insurance is for, apts. pool looks nice and you will be drawn by the view but once you live here it is a totaly diferent experience, all I can say is look somewere else.

Review: Bad place to live My apt was bulglarized and 00 worth was stolen, my car was also broken into, the staff is terrible like they really don't care, they really don't solve your problems. reported the gym treadmill not working 1 yr ago, still not fixed. don't let yourself be taken by the pool half the time it is closed. when you move out they try to get you to pay up for every little detail. so just stay away and save yourself a lot of fustration later on.

Review: At one time, Rock Creek was a great place to live…or so I thought. The office ladies, specifically the property manager, is horrible! She has no conception of customer retention and satisfaction. I lived there for 3 years and would never consider a BEELER PROPERTY to ANYONE!!!

Review: My car was burglarized 2 days after Christmas, and my neighbors car was stolen the same night. The management did not inform anyone of the crime, so I feel they are not helping the community be alert of potential dangers. Also, the fitness center on my side of the property has no lock on the door so there are people using it that don’t even live on property.

Review: Where do I start… -Management/front office is terrible. They are rude, lazy and inconsiderate. My fiance is a disabled veteran and has the plates on his car which allow him to park in handicapped spaces. He was questioned by the people in the office about parking in the handicapped spaces. He explained to them his plates and they said he didn’t look disabled. I personally think they had no right to question him. Forget about calling the answering service if you have a problem after hours. The office doesn’t get the message or they just ignore it. -Security gates are alway broken. They are either wide open and don’t close or only one side will open. Some security. -Parking is a battle. You have a better chance if you park on the Beltway. There is no assigned parking. You also have people that are taking up spaces with vechiles that are not even being used. Some neighbors use their apartment as a motel so there are about 5 different vechiles to one apartment. -Neighbors have no consideration for others. We all pay rent and we all have surrounding neighbors. My neighbors in the units across from us are no problem. Our NEW neighbors next to us are loud and annoying. The guy that is below us is the worst. He leaves his windows up all the time and is constantly yelling and laughing at his t.v. very loudly. I also don’t like seeing him run around in just shorts with his gut hanging out. Now you see why after hours calls to front office doesn’t work. Don’t let anyone slam the front door of their apartment because you will feeling the after shock. Forget about the balconies. Some of my neighbors use them as storage facility since there is no storage. So you can expect to see piles of crap on most of the balconies or what looks like a jungle.


The apartment itself is very nice. I love it, but I don’t like what comes with it. I can’t wait till our lease is up so we can get the heck out of here.

Review: I have been here for about 6 months and have never had a problem. The office staff is always ready to help and have never been rude! Since I have been here there was one domestic incident where the manager and staff was right on top of it. As far as someone writing that the manager overbilled you for electricity? How could of that happen when you are responsible for your electricity! Thats a good one.

The apartment complex is well kept. Its quiet there are some neighbors that like to slam their doors but that has nothing to do whith the management.

To all residents instead of complaining be curtios to your neighbors and keep your place clean. Take pride in where you live.

Review: Save your money and do not rent here. The manager Natalie and all her staff her unprofessional, rude, bias, and racist. They act as though they are uneducated. They contactly disturbed me saying I owed money whereas I always over-paid on my rent making it them who owed me money. They are LIARS and have no sort of customer service skills. I told them my fridge was leaking and the ice-maker was bad since the day I moved in, til this day, they still haven’t fixed it. Please save your money and do not come here.. they will treat you as though you are not a paying tenant. ohhhh and let me not leave out they have a roach issue!!!! roaches all over the apt which is sooo nasty…

Review: management is the worse I ever had to incounter. I reported water damage since the last hurrican and Im still waiting to get my carpet cleaned the trash over flows all the time very noisey neighbors Ive reported a thousand times nothing has been done yet. My car was broken into Im past ready to move. 2/2009 . what ever you do keep looking don’t lease

Review: Please do not lease from this apartment complex. Prior to new management; the living community was very decent. However the change in management has resulted in a complete downturn. The new management staff is extremely unprofessional, disruptive and rude. The property managers, Natalie and Alba Sanchez behave as if they were raised in the wild. Quite frankly, they act as if they do not like thier jobs. There is a complete lack of tact, customer service orientation and interpersonal savvy. Please save yourself and do not lease an apartment from the Villas at West Oaks!!

Review: We’ve had nothing but trouble out the current property manager. She double-billed us for electric service and then expected us to pay her for the privilege of having our power shut off. She also claimed we didn’t pay our pet deposit and is trying to double bill us for that, as well. She tried to fine us for someone else’s satellite dish being in the wrong spot and has instituted all kinds of fines that were not in the lease agreement we signed. Don’t expect any help from her, although some of the leasing agents will go out of their way to help you. Just a miserable way to live because, wether you’re right or wrong in any given situation, you’re gonna be wrong in her eyes. Lived there from 9/06 to 12/07 and you couldn’t pay me to sign there again.
