Review: They have a very poor conditioning but expensive. Some apartments has only one small window for the room. For a summer can be a horrible place to stay. They will charge you more if you ask to install a fan. Totally does not worth a trouble if you want to live in a healthy place. Management changes very often to lessen responsibilities.

Review: I have lived here a very long time. This place was good and then they got a new manager. She is a evil woman. Every since she has gotten here this place has gone down hill rather quickly.They have new security now and they suck. They don’t do nothing. There was a shooting here a couple of weeks ago. The pool is down right nasty. Drug dealers and Hookers everywhere. Sex offendor. You name it they got it. I am moving. If anybody is smart and they look at this move somewhere else. If you do move here you will not be happy.

Review: If you are thinking about living here, think again! THEY LET SEX OFFENDERS LIVE HERE!!! I’ve been looking through the sexual offender database and there are several sex offenders living here!!!!

Review: I belive we have a great manager at Warren House. She is always there when yuo need her. When she is off I do not go in the office. I have lived here about 3 years. They have changed management a couple of times. I wish they would stop. The staff is nice. The place would be quiet if we didn’t have Peppertree or Sierra Trails residents coming over here. Other than that I recommend Warren House.

Review: I just wanted to say I feel very safe living here having the Courtesy Officer living and patroling on the complex. There used to a lot of gang problems over here now they have wondrered across the street where they belong. Since he has been here this complex has improved greatly. I recommend living at Warren House due to the fact of the nice and dependable Courtesy Officer that we have.

Review: I recently relocated to the area and I am so excited to call this place my home. The property is always clean, the people are very nice, and the staff is great! They’re all polite and know me by first name. I’ve yet to have a problem that wasn’t fixed right away. I love this place and plan to stay here for some time to come!

Review: You stupid GI Joe. Didn’t the army teach you anything? Man, if your boss knew you were writing these things, your ass would be in trouble. We have lived here for years and the management is the best ever. You are just a sore loser because you leave dog crap all over the property. Why don’t you move to the slums where you belong. People like you ruin the entire place. We don’t want you here.

Review: Hey Jerk, we know who you are. The manager did not put the dog crap at your door. I did it. I get tired of stepping in it everyday and tired of your cigarette butts on the ground. And, your noisy assed car that you rev the stupid engine on every night. As for the manager, she is great. this place is cleaner than it ever has been and I have lived here 5 years. She should kick your dumb ass out. You don’t appreciate anything!

Review: The management is shitty. The office manager did not like me and my wife from day one. She told us that a towel on my porch was trash and needed to be moved or it was a lease violation. She is very age discriminative. She went as far as putting dog shit on my front door claiming it was my dogs! These turds were the size of my dog and could not of possibly of been my dogs! The maintenance man abuses his dog. I got home one night around 12 am and smelled someone smoking weed on their porch. i notified the maintenance man about the issue AS IT WAS HAPPENING and he said “I know who it is. Ill tell them to cut it out”, but he did nothing about it. He also leaves bones and pieces of meat in the grass whenever he bar b q’s and leaves it for the ants and birds to eat.

Review: I like the apartment I just didn’t like the manager she was very rude when I was moving out…. I had left my personal item in the apartment she call me left me a message telling I need to come and move my stuff out. I was not told I had until midnight to move my stuff out so I left it. beside she took 100.00 dollars of my down payment for not renting the 3 bedroom unit she had available I got a better price and sqft for my money she was mad about that.

Review: First I will let you know that the floor plans are okay. As far as the front office make sure what every they offer you, you get it in writing. Now maintenance, be prepare to have to wait for a work request to be completed in a timely manner. You will definitely have to call more than once to get maintenance repairs done. I recommend a friend and she let me know that she is not satisfy.

Review: I have lived here for a year now and I love my apartment! Usually anybody that has something bad to say about an apartment is only sometimes minimal truth! The only way to really know if the apartment is right for you is to just check it out for yourself and ask lots of questions that concern you when speaking to the management. Everyone is different and has different requirements of living and mine is high!

Review: This apartment complex tries to screw you over on getting your deposit back. They overcharge you for carpet cleaning that you know Dalworth Carpet would normally only charge . They didn’t notify me that they had taken all of my deposit as well as charge me an extra until 6 weeks after I moved in.
