Review: My first and biggest complaint is the walls are floor at this place are paper thin – you will know the schedule of your neighbors within a week. Although you will probably never see their face because nobody uses the pool or really does anything with the “amenties” except run from the car to their apartment. Speaking of cars, only a few weeks ago 15 were broken into and 2 were stolen in the parking garage-which is always dirty. The have also been three pigeons (they and their poop are everywhere) who have died and the decomposing bodies have sat in plain site in the courtyard for weeks.
The staffs is pretty nice, as is the maintence which you will get to know well because I had had everything from broken faucets, disposals, and it even flooded once because of a broken toilet above me.
Finally the location is great, but not great enough to want to endure living here.
I am sooo

Review: I could go on and on about my experiences living here, but I’ll make it short and to the point. Maintenance is a DISASTER – you’ll have to remind them 3 times before they come and they won’t fix anything properly. Management was completely disorganized. The elevator was always broken. Security was a joke – the door in the garage with the call box never locked properly. Pipes were constantly leaking and breaking in the garage and spraying water everywhere. When it rains the stairway to the garage floods. One time a tree fell down during a storm, blocking a walkway. The tree stayed there for probably about a week before anybody did anything about it. Everything broke in my apartment. From the refrigerator, to the airconditioner, both sinks, lights, the blinds, my closet door. When I moved I left the place cleaner than when i moved in, and they sent me a rediculous bill. Charged me for cleaning an already cleaned refrigerator. I left a plunger behind the toilet by accident (just didnt see it) and they charged me to throw it away (and the trash chute was right across the hall)!!!! I could continue but I won’t bother – just glad to be out of there. Save yourself the time and don’t even bother looking.

Review: My husband and I have been here for a few years, only because we got a good deal for this location (the previous office staff had some idiot girl working who pro-rated the pro-rated amount, so we kept it). There have been numerous management changes, the current one seems to be improving, but don’t let the facilities fool you; the pool is small and often dirty, overly crowded on good days. The office closes at 6 pm so if you were hoping to use the computer/internet, forget it unless you’re at home during business hours. The hospitality room is alright, if you don’t mind paying the non-refundable 0 fee. The workout room SUCKS – it’s always packed, at least one cardio machine is ALWAYS down, the AC is either constantly blowing or off completely, and it’s not kept very clean. As far as noise, you can hear everything unless you’re on the top floor. There are lots of college hooligans, and they like to party. Occasionally the management has tried out lame gatherings, which are usually loud, yet underpopulated, and offer no real connection or benefit to those who attend; I think it only gives management an excuse to pat themselves on the back for a job well done (which is, of course, a ridiculous lie). I’m sure they’re “trying” to improve; the maintanence people insist that they will take care of problems immediately, but they don’t. We moved all of our furniture so that they could clean the carpets and then they didn’t even show up. The condition of the apartment is less than desirable – carpet quality, closet space, layout. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone unless you are paying under 0 per month on a 2 bedroom. Only then is it worth the constant headache.

Review: These apartments were/are HORRIBLE!!! I am only too glad to be getting out of this overpriced, all night parties, terrible management nightmare. Never EVER in my life have I had such a bad experience! When I had problems with packages or maintenance and went to management to talk about it, they ALWAYS blamed other people… maintenance or how their mail system is. It is all crap! I was specific in asking about the noise level and they LIED to my face saying that it was very quiet! The previous person who wrote about what a good place it is to live in knew way too much about ownership and rate time on maintenance calls (which is a total lie) which completely reads to me that this person works for the complex. That is a cute little fact that I have learned going through all of these different websites, if they rebuff the main feeling of the residents and say how great it is, its usally one of the staff writing good things about the apartments. Do NOT trust them. Ther are MUCH nicer, quieter, cheaper apartments around the same area. I’ve never gone to websites to rate something, but I have had such a horrible experience that I want to warn to NOT move here! Don’t even come and browse, they will lie and lie!

Review: AMLI “used” to be owned by Summit. Summit was bad/2002. AMLI now has GREAT Management. If something needs repair, it’s fixed the next day. Absolutely safe parking, it was a bad when Summit managed it. Animals are now welcome & no mess is ever found. I have lived here since 2003 & am extremely safe/happy here. I am a professional in the business world. Sleep is important to me & there is no problem. Yuppies have moved on.
