Review: New building management is horrible. They are not responsive to phone calls or emails about maintenance or any other issues. They entered our apartment without permission as well.
Shared areas are also not being kept up. For example, a ceiling screen in the elevator broke and instead of fixing it, then just removed all the ceiling screens so you look up into the dirt exhaust fan and covered light bulbs.

Review: The apartment LOOKS like a dream when you see it. Something from NYC. Recently the property was taken over by a new land lady. She gives you her cell and office number but does not answer her phones. She schedules to do maintenance but may or may not show up. You can here EVERYTHING through these walls. You feel like you are sharing a house with your next door neighbors. In the winter time you have to buy space heaters and blankets or else you will be shivering (unless you can afford an outrageous heat bill). The worst thing by far is the treatment you will (or will not get) from the land lady. Don’t rent here- its hell.

Review: The space is really cool – polished concrete floors, high ceilings and open space. But the price adds up. Not only is the rent higher downtown, but you pay a premium for parking (and you’ll want a covered space – between -0 a month, or your car will get vandalized), you pay gas, electric, water, and a fee for everything – pet rental, late rent payments (anything over 5 days), a charge for getting locked out after hours, and your lease never goes month to month – so you have a very short window of time in which to move! And the hallways always smell like garbage from the trash chutes.

Review: It’s been the coldest apt. I’ve ever lived in. In the dead of winter, with the high ceilings, ancient windows, concrete floors and non-existent insulation (exposed brick) the under-sized furnace and heat exchanger are no match for Cincy Winters (or late Falls and early Springs for that matter). Check with Cinergy for average monthly utility bills because this winter (with higher energy costs) I have been averaging approx. 0+ / month for gas and elec. Add to that the costs for the additional coats and blankets you’ll need to stay thawed and you could afford another apartment to get you through the winter months. And don’t get me (or my neighbors) started on the thickness of the walls. I can hear my neighbors when they use their microwave!

Review: recently took away free street parking to add metered parking no consideration for tenants without paid spots( city related). The apartments are very spacious, however the walls are incredibly thin, you can hear the other tenants coughing in adjacent apartments. very dusty, virtually no lighting must bring your own. the spaces have a very unique feel right on the verge of artsy, contemporary. only way to move in is through a moderately sized elevator, or a stairwell with 180 deg. turns
