Review: Having just moved from the north, I am very impressed with how well the complex is kept. The leasing associates are very friendly and all maitenance is taken care of promptly. A much better alternative than other local apartment builings,

Review: I am nearing the end of my 13 month lease and I will renew.
The 2 br./1 bath floorplan I am in is one of the only ones in the complex with a balcony and all apartments feature at least 9 ft. ceilings, ceiling fans, elaborate crown moulding, garden tub, and most plans have a glass block window facing the inner hallway.

Security is improving, and cameras are now in service in the parking deck, although this is long overdue!
I live on the third floor, and it’s nice parking my car on the same level I live on.
Maintenance is an issue, as both requests I have made indicated they were complete, but they were not.

Review: This place looks very nice and that is what caught our eye. The people seemed very friendly at first, and then once we signed our lease, things changed. We have lived here 2 months and in those two months, our call box has never worked. Meaning we have to go wait for our friends and family outside when they are coming as well as the pizza people. It took 3 weeks to get a light bulb replaced and another month for something else to be fixed. That tells you what great customer service they have. The building is secure EXCEPT for the parking garage. Any hooligan can walk right in and steal, and that is exactly what they are doing. While living hear two weeks I had my hubcaps stolen and then the most recent, my motorcycle was stolen. I want to move out but they are saying it is going to cost me over 00.00. Be very aware of this place. I am getting the hell out of here as soon as I can. Filing two police reports in 2 months is not the type of neighborhood I want to live in.

Review: This is the best place I have ever lived. New, clean, unique and spacious. Great location since I work 100 yards from my apartment at Hewlett-Packard’s national HQ.

Review: I've been living in Madison for about 3 years now and I love the place. It's nice, quiet, and very well maintained. Property Management is great and the staff is extremely friendly. Come be my neighbor.

Review: Madison Square is a great place to live. I have been a resident at Madison since September yr 2005. Not much noise except for the occasional barking of the dogs. The new property mgr is great. the grounds are beautiful and everything seems to be in great shape. The only con about this place is too many speed bumps also pet owners allowing there pets to defecate all over the property. I must say when i address this problem to the mgr it was a a.s.a.p reaction to the problem. the property mgr rocks and the managment team has improved very happy with my current home here at madison Square.

Review: I recently moved into Madison of Dunwoody and I am thrilled with the community. This property is a well kept secret in this growing area of Atlanta. I have been here a year now and absolutely love the property and my neighbors. I enjoy the landscaping, character, and quality of the people that live here. There is a wonderful mix of young professionals, retired people, family, and singles that share this community. In addition, the professionalism of the management team is exceptional. Whenever I have a problem, they are quick to respond. And, most exciting is the fact that Madison is located in the newly incorporated City of Dunwoody. The security and police protection has increased tenfold in the past few months. Most recently, an article was published on this area highlighting the future plans of Michael Tuller, Community Development Director of Dunwoody, in the Atlanta Business Chronicle titled, "Dunwoody Taps City Planning Veteran's Moxy." The article details the plans to carefully develop Dunwoody. What a beautiful place to live and close to shopping, schools and restaurants.

Review: I agree with the other review. However, I have the answer. the security does NOTHING at night. First of all, they do not start patrolling until 10pm. Plus you have to go through prompts on a machine to page them. They DO NOT call back. We recently get a memo that FINALLY addressed the parking issue. That they were enforcing the tow policy. They lied. Cars AND TRUCKS are still parked all over the front of the property like there is a block party every day. They have not pressure washed the parking garages yet this year and there are garbage shutes in the garage. People’s nasty garbage stains, leaks etc. As much as they are charging you’d think this would not be an issue. I rated low on parking for both cars because that is a JOKE! Security is suppose to tow and ticket cars with no passes. What a crock. i have had to walk through the parking garage from another level because people that have no pass are parked on my level. I see cars with tags at 11, still sitting in the garage or outside at 9 the next morning. Explain that one. Ever heard of a courteous tower? LONG trucks parked in spots that small honda civics park in. DANGEROUS. I also agree about the TYPE of people they are renting to. If I wanted to live around low income surroundings I’d live on the south end. Funny how they are telling people their income isn’t enough yada yada. They should have thought about that before renting to kids and ghetto party goers. Fixtures. CHEAP. insulation HORRIBLE. Anytime your neighbor uses their heat or A/C YOU can hear it in your home. The loudest sound you have ever heard. People out walking their dogs can sit loud and yell on their phones, GHETTO loud conversations and there is just no support. What do you do …? Wait hours for security? call the police just so by time they come Lasty, they do NOT return phone calls in the office nor do they address noise complaints. Every lease I have ever signed has had a noice complaint clause. As does these people. You will never be evicted., You ca be as loud as you want and it is NEVER addressed nor are you communicated with if you have a noice issue with your neighbor. You are told to call the security. WHo NEVER responds and by time they may get around to it I am sure the noise has stopped. Again, I have never gotten a reply. I will assume that the major reason is that people are buying the condos and living over and near renters. The owners do not care how loud they are. Well the office is not enforcing it. You should not have to just get use to it. One or more of the leasing staff lives on site. MAKES NO SENSE. Just seems like an all around LAZY office staff. What property opens at 11 daily and only open from 11-4 sunday yet NEVER answers the phone or has the office locked all day they are suppose to be open? Definetly lacks pride if that is not already noticed by the amount of ghetto troopers living on this property. The idea of the look is great. The location for ME is great and frankly i am not ready to buy a house somewhere else. But I should not have to consider leaving in order to get some peace and quiet, be able to drive in and out of my property without feeling like i missed the invite to the party and I should be able to depend on the office staff as well as feel like they genuinely care about what’s going on instead of feeling like they just want to finish the conversation in a hurry. I have talked to other residents that have lived here longer than me and they say it has been the same before I came. What a waste. Could be a beautiful and an actual luxury upscale property. But it’s not. So if you can fight the urge to live in a good location. please do. you will drive yourself crazy.

Review: They charged us double the regular security deposit claiming that their resident qualifications, based on income, were more stringent than other places. Apparently our income didn’t meet their needs…that was fine with me until I started living here and found out that there are all sorts of people living here who sure as heck don’t meet their “stringent standards” and didn’t have to pay an extra deposit. On top of that they claim they have patrol looking after the complex…ironically they just sent out a notice to all residents claiming there have been many car break-ins recently. So what exactly are the patrol men doing while our cars are being broken into? I regret not looking around more for a place that was safer and more honest. :(
