Review: Not a horrible place to stay, but I feel I could have done much better. My car was broken into once during my 1 year stay. The apartment is dated along with most the working features in the apt. I had planned to be there a year or less, and I hope you do too. Rent else where. The staff is also very uncooperative, deceitful. They tack on fee after fee and read from parts of the lease that are not relevant to the situation. In one incident, they claimed they supplied me with letters that affected the terms of my lease, which I never got, thus the fees. Save your self the headache and rent elsewhere.

Review: I moved here from Virginia 2yrs ago and I am still here. The staff here is wonderful as well as personable. As a tenant you are always informed of what’s going on and the grounds are well kept. I have seen Management go through changes and the service just seems to get better. They go out of their way to offer all kinds of incentives from awesome gift baskets for paying your rent on time to having barbeques “just because” . I just renewed my lease for a third year. Trust me The Timbers is a place you want to call home.

Review: I dont know what that other person is talking about. The staff is awesome. They always have a warm smile and cookies everyday. There is a gate and security at night. Ive lived here since January and have enjoyed my stay i would recommend the Timbers to everybody.

Review: If you are looking for property managers that invade your privacy, abuse their power and leave important documents (like your lease) on your door step for the world to see then this is the place for you. They do NOT have security and as a result if that cars are stolen on a regular bases and people are constantly jumping over the gates to destroy the property. I would not recommend this property to my worse enemy. STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN!!!!!! Since the management of the property changed a few months ago the rental office is full of women that are rude, unprofessional and uneducated.
