Review: Note they wont fix anything! They will enter your apartment/home (without 24 hr notice) to fix things that they say are broken, Yet they cant see that are broken without entering your home.. Yet Items mentioned at move in (7 months ago) still arent fixed..But they love to say "fixed this", and charge you..or add to your rental account, But god forbid, you have been 7 months with heat/ac that isnt accurate, (only works if you set thermostat on 80 degrees, causing excessive electric bills -400 a month) or cabinet doors that fall off , breaking dishes, bowls, damaging counter tops, That when you move they will try and charge you for..

Review: I looked at a two bedroom apartment at this complex. Two weeks later I put in a security deposit for a two bedroom apartment. I gave a move-in date of September 26 and 27. I was informed by the property manager that my keys would be available on the 26th, when I would sign the lease and pick up my keys. After spending weeks packing, and making general moving arrangements, including submitting a change of address, I arrived on the 26th, the apartment I was to move into was not ready for me. The leasing consultant contacted the manager who replied they had no knowledge of the situation. The rental office could only offer one solution: to change the date of my move. My arrangements including a moving van, individuals to assist and time off of work. Altering the date was not an option at this point. It also bears mentioning the unit I selected was empty when I paid the deposit. As of the 26th, the unit had not been cleaned, painted or in any other way prepared. The office had erroneously notated my move-in date as the 30th. They did not have the unit scheduled to be cleaned until the 28th. Given the proposed schedule, neither the carpets nor walls would not have had time to dry.
Since that time I have made numerous attempts to have my deposit returned. I was informed by a unconcerned, unprofessional office manager that my deposit was forfeited. Now, I can understand to a point the complex keeping the part of the deposit used to hold the unit. The other half, however, was an actual deposit on a unit I never got. This after having spent weeks un-doing the arrangements I had made, including re-connecting utilities and spending a month trying to get my mail re-directed. I also had several friends who lost wages by taking valuable time off work to assist me.
Having said this, I feel this complex owes me more than the deposit for the stress and inconvenience this has caused. At the very least, an apology is in order. My attempts to get contact information for their corporate office was flat-out refused by the property manager.

Review: I just moved into a 2 bedroom and I love it! It is so nice! I read all of the reviews and do not see how they are true. My apartment was perfect! I am not saying they aren't true I am just saying with the people that I have met I don't see it happening. I am going through a divorce and the office staff was very helpful through this time! I would recommend this community to everyone! The only complaint I have at the moment would be noise from the kids above. But that is what I expected coming to an apartment.

Review: We rented a 3 bedroom townhouse and were not able to see the unit until the day before we moved in. We were told we had to wait for the cleaning crew, which left nails laying all over the floors in every room. The carpet was dingy as was most of the apartment. In one of the bedrooms upstairs we kept smelling something disgusting for months only to discover it was urine soaked carpets. The pet policy is not enforced. It clearly says in the lease that pets are to be taken out on a leash (not to be put on a chain) and cleaned up after. Our neighbor did not bother to read these rules or follow them. He would tie out his 3 dogs (the lease states only one pet is allowed) on a chain and let them use my yard as a toilet. One of their dogs would come to my window and growl at my 3 year old. I went to the office 3 times about this and they told me they would send the neighbor a letter. Yes a letter will fix everything!! NOT!!! The pond that is considered a view, is the home to about 15-20 geese who will use your grass as a toilet and chase you into your house. During the summer we could not take our 3 year old outside because every single inch of grass outside was covered with
goose droppings! I am not kidding! Every inch!! I regretted the decision to move in to this disgusting apartment every moment of everyday. I am not a clean freak but I felt like no matter how hard I scrubbed this apartment it would never be anywhere near clean. Especially not with urine soaked carpet.

Review: I recently moved to the Sonoma and so far I like it, the office staff was very nice and really worked with me. They kept me informed every step of the way. It seems to be a very quiet neighborhood. The apartments are super huge and you can't go to many places and find that much space without it being an arm and a leg. I do agree the overall apperance needs a little TLC but not too bad. I would recommend these apartments to anyone who needs lots of space but doesn't have 00 a month to spend on it. Good Place for the Money!!!!

Review: MANAGEMENT IS A JOKE. Property is so run down and looks like crap. The pool is always closed, the gym is always dirty with small kids running around breaking the equipment. Garage all over the property. The same crap has been laying in the same spot for 3 months now, and still has never been picked up. DOES THE MANAGER EVER GET OUT OF THE OFFICE AND SEE WHAT'S GOING ON, NO NEVER. What a dump, don't waste your money here

Review: Manager is horrible. Never answers the phone, never in the office. Property looks like hell. It's dirty, full of weeds, the lake looks like an algae in- fested sesspool. Gym is always filthy, and smells like something has died. Nothing works in the gym, a/c ALWAYS broken and the tv has never worked. There are clothes lines everywhere, it looks like a trailor park. There are more weeds than there is grass. There is garbage all over the property that NEVER gets picked up. The dumpsters are overflowing DAILY. STAY AWAY FROM THIS NITEMARE.
